Responsible Disclosure Policy
At Security Souls, we consider the security of our Applications a top priority.
No matter how much effort we put into Application security, there can still bugs lying around.
If you discover a vulnerability, we would like to know about it ASAP so that we can take steps to remediate it as quickly as possible. We would like to ask you to help us better protect our Applications, Clients and our Infrastructure.
Reporting
If you believe you’ve found a security issue in our Applications or Services, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at security@securitysouls.com
We will respond to your report within 5 working days with our assessment and an estimated date of a Remediation.
Rules
- Do not share any information about the security problem with others until the Vulnerability is resolved.
- Provide information about the vulnerability and Clearly describe how it can be reproduced with any detailed Screenshots & Video POCs.
- Be extra cautious with the personal data & don’t abuse the Vulnerability found by downloading, Updating or Modifying the Data.
- Do not use any Intrusive Scans, Vulnerability Scanners/Fuzzers and Perform physical, DDOS attacks or Social Engineering.
